Fees

How we charge for advice

Pricing follows the consultation model: fixed fees for defined meetings, and engagement fees for multi-week planning. We do not sell monthly software access. Implementation of recommended pensions or protection may involve separate product charges disclosed before you proceed.

Protection Needs Assessment £195 — assessment fee, waived if you proceed with arranged cover through us One 60-minute meeting and a written shortlist
Inheritance & Family Wealth Conversation £275 — per conversation session 75-minute session with follow-up notes

What affects a quote

  • Number of pension schemes to review
  • Whether both partners need full fact-finds
  • Complexity of defined benefit schemes or overseas service
  • Travel if an in-person meeting outside Hamilling is requested

Payment & deposits

Planning engagements usually require a 30% deposit to reserve diary time, with the balance due on delivery of the written plan. Single meetings are invoiced after the appointment. Refund and rescheduling terms are set out on our refunds page.
