Fees
How we charge for advice
Pricing follows the consultation model: fixed fees for defined meetings, and engagement fees for multi-week planning. We do not sell monthly software access. Implementation of recommended pensions or protection may involve separate product charges disclosed before you proceed.

|---|---|---|
| Comprehensive Financial Planning | £850 — fixed fee for the planning engagement | Typically four to six weeks from first meeting to final plan |
| Pension Review Meeting | £320 — per review meeting, including written summary | 90-minute meeting plus written notes within five working days |
| Retirement Income Mapping | £480 — engagement fee | Two meetings over two to three weeks |
| Protection Needs Assessment | £195 — assessment fee, waived if you proceed with arranged cover through us | One 60-minute meeting and a written shortlist |
| Inheritance & Family Wealth Conversation | £275 — per conversation session | 75-minute session with follow-up notes |

Payment & deposits
Planning engagements usually require a 30% deposit to reserve diary time, with the balance due on delivery of the written plan. Single meetings are invoiced after the appointment. Refund and rescheduling terms are set out on our refunds page.
